Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee that we can fulfil it. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailable stock, an unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud or a material pricing or product-information error.

If we cannot fulfil an order after payment has been taken, we will notify you and refund the payment for the cancelled items, including associated charges where applicable.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays and other circumstances may affect delivery, without limiting your rights under applicable law.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. If an order is delayed, missing or delivered incorrectly, contact us so we can investigate and assist.

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including purchases made in the wrong size or colour. Please review sizing and product details before ordering.
