Fakhm Clothing does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including selecting the wrong size or colour. Please review the sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, email fakhmclothing@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, clear photos.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide instructions.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.
