Shipping Destinations

Fakhm Clothing currently ships within Canada only. We do not currently offer shipping to the United States, United Kingdom or other international destinations.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada, with no minimum purchase required. No standard shipping charge will be added at checkout.

Any applicable sales taxes are separate and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing and Delivery

Order processing and carrier transit are separate stages. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Public holidays, severe weather, carrier delays and other circumstances may affect delivery. If we become aware of a significant issue affecting your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your name, delivery address and contact information are accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, email fakhmclothing@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. Any proposed redelivery charge will be explained and agreed with you before another shipment is arranged.

Delayed, Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged or marked as delivered but has not arrived, email fakhmclothing@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

We will investigate and assist in arranging an appropriate resolution. Where possible, include photographs of any damage to the packaging or items.

Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for information about change-of-mind purchases and damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Free standard shipping applies to the original delivery of your order and does not automatically include return shipping. Contact us before sending any item back so we can provide instructions and confirm any applicable arrangements.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights or remedies under applicable consumer protection laws.
